Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for their client located in the Orange County area, specifically bordering Garden Grove and Fountain Valley, CA. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and possess a strong background in human resources management. This position is 100% onsite, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified candidates.
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Nurturing a positive working environment.
• Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
• SHRM certification is required.

Required Work Hours

The position requires working Monday through Friday during the first shift.

Additional Details

This is a supervisory position with a salary range from $85,000 to $130,000 per year.
